As of 2/1/2007 we changed our name from WebsiteSpot.com and GotWebsiteHosting.com to VividHosting.com. This change is exciting because it's a tribute to our continual growth in this ever changing industry. The ownership and management has remained intact, the only change is our domain name & legal business name. With this growth we have launched a newly designed web site, we incorporated a new ticketing system to handle your requests and we expanded our server capabilities that will give you max performance and excellent server reliability.
Another important and exciting change is our billing system. We've licensed a very robust billing system that will now allow you to upgrade, downgrade or even add an additional product in real time. This in turn, saves you time, because you won't need to contact sales or support for these tasks any longer.
IMPORTANT: If you were a WebsiteSpot.com or a GotWebsiteHosting.com customer, you have received an email stating that you have a 'new' account or your account has been migrated to our new billing system successfully. Don't be alarmed, we are not creating a new account nor are we charging you anything. This email is simply informing you that your migration has taken place. Within that email, you received your login information and billing instructions. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at billng@vividhosting.com as soon as possible so we can give you access to your account.
Lastly, our most exciting piece of news that we have is that we will soon be offering you a toll free way of contacting VividHosting.com. This will further enhance our services and give you just another way of contacting us.
It is an exciting time at VividHosting.com, since 1999 we have grown by leaps and bounds, however our primary focus is still you; our customers. Thank you for your patience and patronage.
