As a VividHosting.com customer, you have come to expect the best possible products combined with the best possible support. We understand this expectation and will meet or exceed your needs whether you are a new or current customer. To show our dedication, we are launching Walk Through Voice Tutorials. These tutorials will assist you with your cPanel account, handling multiple FTP clients, and configuring your email client to integrate with your email address, plus we have included a tutorial to help you set up an online store using osCommerce. This is just the beginning of the kind of support we want to offer you, our Valued Customer. In the near future, expect the appearance of many more Voice Tutorials to assist you in navigating and managing your accounts.
Starting April, 2007, we will begin a monthly salute to our clients by featuring a space on our home page entitled Site of the Month. We recognize there are many individuals and small businesses out there that do some pretty phenomenal things in order to succeed in this ever changing world. We want to tell your story! We certainly welcome and encourage participation by all of our clients in this exciting tribute to your efforts, determination and hard work, and we are currently accepting contributions of your stories of success and inspiration.
Since the merger, we have placed a huge emphasis on customer support and providing tools that will help you build your website online. We will provide even more tools for your use by adding new products to our lineup in the coming months. These new products and tools include a very robust industry-leading web builder, as well as Windows Hosting, VPS and Dedicated Hosting. As you can see, we are listening to your cries for more flexibility and more options and we are committed to providing those. If you have something you would like to see us offer, please don't hesitate to shoot us an email.
